  • Persian carpets have been a luxury decoration in many homes. A purchased of Persian carpet is an investment and price possession that deemed to maintain.
Information below is only for general care. For damages and severe stains, we strongly advice our client to go for professional carpet cleaners.

Tips in maintaining your Persian Carpet or any Handmade Carpet

  • Vacuum your Persian carpets on a regular basis. However, never vacuum the fringe of the carpet as if will damage the carpet, the vacuum and the fringe itself. Always vacuum your carpet with the suction only. Never use the vacuum brush.
  • Rotate your carpet at least once a year, depending on the foot traffic of the carpet.
  • Avoid placing heavy furniture on the carpets. Should you wish to place heavy objects, be sure to rotate it frequently.
  • Always put your carpet a way from direct sunlight. Direct sunlight can affect the color and brilliance of your carpet.
  • If liquid spill onto your Persian Carpet. Clean the spill as on as possible. Never use any cleaning agent. We do recommend a professional cleaning for your Persian carpet to prevent any kind of damages. As most of the Persian carpets are composed of different materials and dyes, attempting to clean it will just result to bleeding of colors and more damages to the carpet.

Shipping & Delivery

Al fuad Carpet Trading & Antiques uses any of the 3 couriers for delivery.
Either FedEx, DHL, and / or UPS. Depends on which courier provides the least days for you to receive your purchased items.

Tracking my order while in shipment

- After you placed an order with us, we will be sending you an email or message confirmation and provide you a tracking number for your purchased items for you to keep track.

Should I need to be home to accept my delivery?

- Delivery will be done through door to door. It would be nice if you are at home to receive your purchased items. However, it is not mandatory. Should you not be at home, when the courier delivery the item. They will immediately call you or you can track it down with tracking number that we provide you.

No email address?

- Not a problem, just provide us a mean to contact you either through phone or you mobile.
